1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Ndoto, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Use of the platform
You may use Ndoto only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the platform to transmit spam, violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or interfere with the operation of the service.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact [email protected] within 14 days of a charge.
5. Data ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through Ndoto. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
6. Service availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by events outside our reasonable control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ndoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
